Salam semua.
Hari ini hari Sabtu. Exam saya lagi seminggu. Dan saya tak buka buku lagi for today.
Pagi tadi bangun, saya buat cucur bilis. Not as nice as my mum's, sebab tak ada serbuk penaik. Sigh.
I have bee craving for cucur bilis since last two weeks, tapi tak ada yang lebih sedap dari yang mak saya punya. So last two days I went back home, cakap kat mak, "Maaakkk....buat laaa cekodok...!" sambil guling-guling atas lantai. Tapi mak saya buat dek je sebab dia tengah download lagu kat internet (fulamak!).
Tiba-tiba mak saya bercerita, "Semalam mak buat cekodok sedap gile. Sebab pakai tepung kek, tepung biasa dah habis...". "Ala mak buat laaaa cucur lagi hari ni......". Mak buat dek. Sobs. Haha kesian saya.
Ok so saya buat la cucur sendiri pagi tadi.
Husband tengah study, Haha. Nak tergelak pun ada tengok. He's taking the CUT, a test for new UTC. He's into unit trust now, and his exam is today! All the best my Astroboy!
Mmm sangat random entry ni, I just feel like writing something random and personal.
Ah, by the way, I have a little living peanut in my tummy. Alhamdulillah. So far it is growing healthily. But recently everyone seems to notice how much I have changed in size, even before I was pregnant. Haha. I weigh more than I did during my student life (I thought I was the fattest then).
Anyhow, as long as we are healthy, I am ok with it.
It's 8 weeks this week. At first no body knows about this in my office except for my direct superior, my most supportive manager. Then one day, there was a common email sent out by our floor safety manager with a list of level 57 occupants. He asked for a reply, with specific names who would require special assistance during any emergency (including fire drills of course). Sebab saya teringat that we had to WALK down the stairs from level 57 to ground floor (fuhh hebat sampai ada yang semput, masuk hospital), saya cepat-cepat hantar email to our akak secretary. "Akak, nanti akak reply email dia ni bagitau semua nama yang perlukan special assistance ye. Nama saya akak letak as 'pregnant'. Thanks". Kebetulan hari tu saya cuti so I just replied the email and switched off my laptop.
Esoknya I was back in the office. People started to congratulate me and such, so saya senyum je la. Mungkin manager saya dah cerita kat some of them the good news kot?
Then suddenly kakak manager came to and said, "Aishah, tak yah sorok2 dah ye...SEMUA orang dah tau! HAHA...Kak Marina awak tu dah email satu floor bagitau awak pregnant...." Saya terkejut sebab ingatkan dia email floor safety manager sorang, rupanya dia CC to all. Haha. So she broke the news on my behalf. Thanks kak. Less hassle for me haha. Duh.
Bile semua orang tau, things were different a bit. Ada satu masa I was walking (at my pace which is considered as quite fast by some) to the stationary locker, tiba-tiba kak Y tegur, "Eh Aishah, mana boleh jalan laju-laju lah!" Hehe, sorry kak saya tak sengaja. Tak reti nak jadi slow motion. But I slowed down anyway...hehe
Bos besar pun datang join our lunch cum gossip session, and congratulate me on the spot. Lawak rasanya. "Lepas ni boleh la I masukkan nama U kat list due date I kan... bila due?" Bos, bos, memang early planning betul. Floor saya majority adalah wanita dan mereka seolah-olah mengandung one after another. Hehe. So bos kena ada one list untuk dia tulis semua expecting mothers with due dates supaya boleh track manning.
He actually put my name since May, right after I got married. Selamba je bos saya. Thanks bos for your indirect prayers :)
Ok panjang dah ni... saya nak masak lunch untuk husband sebab lepas ni saya plan nak tinggalkan dia kejap untuk pergi wedding Ira hehe. Kesian husband saya takpe nanti kalau dia pass saya belanja dia bubble tea.
Oh ye semalam kitorang dating tengok Edward and Bella, OMG the garden wedding was ssoooooo nice!
Tapi saya dah kahwin memang tak dapat la garden wedding. Laily, ko buat garden wedding please......!!!
Oh tak pun Ana. Ana Atoy, garden wedding pleaseeeeee.....cantik sangat!
Anyway the whole story was not that bad eventhough dia macam takda story pun sbnrnye. It is just about Bella getting pregnant. Itu je. Tapi baby dia cute sangat!
